Showcase Sunday consists of books we received in the last week, hosted by Books, Biscuits, and Tea.

If you've noticed, my blog's been lacking a little bit this past week.  Due to life getting in the way of my reading, I will be slowing down with my book reviews.  The good news is I've begin house hunting (and that will be taking up the majority of my time).  The bad news is my car broke down on Friday (great way to start the weekend, I know).  So, hopefully you'll hear from me every once in a while, just not as often.

• I was excited to pick out a book of choice when I won this giveaway.  Then I realized how difficult it is to pick just one book.  So, I settled for The First Days which I've heard is awesome!  I'm looking forward to this nitty-gritty zombie read.  Thanks goes to LC's Adventures in Libraryland for hosting the giveaway!

• I was super excited when I saw the email saying I won this goodie.  This has been in my to-obtain-and-read pile since I heard about it.  So, really glad I got my own signed copy.  And bookmarks!  Did I mention that I collect bookmarks!  As soon as my husband saw what was in my hands, he immediately asked to borrow a bookmark (he's not allowed to borrow them - he loses them).  Anyways, thanks goes to Jenny at Books to the Sky and Phoebe Kitanidis for this giveaway!
