The "In My Mailbox" post consists of which books we bought during the past week, hosted by The Story Siren.
From the library:
- Matched by Ally Condie | Amazon | Goodreads
- I've seen this series crop up in a lot of blogs. I've heard some good things and some okay things about this series. I figured it was about time I start with the first book.
- The Girl in the Steel Corset by Kady Cross | Amazon | Goodreads
- I've been on the waiting list for this book since the middle of July. And I finally got my hands on it. I'm excited to read this book. Isn't the cover gorgeous?
Purchased:
- The Lying Game by Sara Shepard | Amazon | Goodreads
- Seeing 50% off stickers at Barnes and Noble, I couldn't resist. I pretty much picked this book up because of the cover. And then the description kept me from putting it back on the shelf.
- Never Have I Ever by Sara Shepard | Amazon | Goodreads
- I had to grab the second to this new series as well. Why you ask? Because I could...
- The Power of Six by Pittacus Lore | Amazon | Goodreads
- The second book in the Lorien Legacies books. I'm not going to lie; it was the "I am Number Four" movie that got me interested in these books. And I'm excited to start the second book soon.
Oh i love how the covers look side by side for the Lying Game! I have that one at home too I haven't read yet. Awesome haul this week!
